Caring in pregnancy

*Pregnant mother’s diet should be like this…..*

A child that is born first grows in the mother’s womb. In order for the child to be healthy, capable and efficient in the next life, the mother should be fed well during pregnancy. During this period, these mothers should be given fruits and nutritious food.



*During pregnancy, the nutrition of the fetus takes place only on the food of the mother. So the mother should take half the food. But do not eat on a full stomach at meal time. Two grasses should be eaten sparingly. Eat little by little 3-4 times.

*Eggs and dairy products should be given for protein. Drink at least one cup of milk daily in the morning and evening.



* Varana or amti of any dal should be in the meal. Any of Matki, Moong, Gram, Cowpea, Pea should be added to the daily meal.



*Bhakri or polli as well as any leafy vegetable such as fenugreek, shepu, kardai, potato, fenugreek leaves, agastya leaf, sour chukka, cabbage, amaranth vegetable, coriander should be included in both meals every day.



*Fruits like guava, chickpea, banana, apple, papaya, orange, mango should be eaten after daily meal. Jambhul, Karvand, Boron, Amla, Kavath are also cheap fruits which are good for health.



*Fruits and vegetables like guar, dodka, ghosawali, pumpkin should also be there occasionally. It is better to eat radish, tomato, beet cucumber etc. raw.


* 6 to 8 glasses of water (1.5 to 2 liters) are required daily. The body is always maintaining water balance.
