A disease that is guaranteed during the change of season is cold. Everyone suffers from a cold at one time or another.

But some people suffer from cold for years. If a cold is not treated on time, it can lead to various diseases ranging from cough to asthma.

* Causes of Cold :*

Consuming cold foods, working in cold environment or AC, waking up at night, contact with dust, not cleaning the stomach, drinking more water than required, poor digestion, sleeping during the day are the causes of cold.

The process of releasing the medicated oil into the nose in a specific manner is called Nasyakarma. Nasya Karma removes the defects in the nasal passages and quickly reduces the symptoms of cold. Neem is also very useful in colds caused by allergies. Along with this, consumption of some Ayurvedic medicines can reduce the suffering of many years of cold.

*what to do*

◼️Consumption of cold foods like cold drinks, ice cream should be avoided.
◼️ Banana, cucumber, curd, tomato should be avoided.
◼️Do not drink more water than required.
◼️ One should pay attention that the stomach remains clean.
◼️Hair should be dried soon after washing.
◼️If you sneeze profusely, put ‘Kshwathu oil’ in the nose.
◼️If the pain of cold is worse at night, eat some crackers while sleeping, then do not drink water.
Reduce the quantity of rice.
◼️Use of AC should be avoided if possible
