* Do only 4 things to get deep sleep at night, the morning will be very fresh…..*

But famous Ayurveda expert Hansaji Yogendra shares some important tips to get deep sleep while lying in bed.

*1. Muscle relaxation…*
It is very useful to release stress from the day’s work. Lie on your back and stretch and relax every limb from your feet to your head. Stretch for 5 seconds and then relax for 10 seconds. This helps the body to relax.

*2. Revise the day…*
Review the events of the day and remember the positives. This will help you feel happier. Remember and write down the things you are grateful for during the day.
*3. Drink plenty of waterβ¦*
Sleep is just as important as other things. Similarly, it is equally important to drink plenty of water throughout the day. If the body is well hydrated, it helps in deep sleep. Also, how much water you drink affects the quality of your sleep. Drinking plenty of water helps regulate body temperature and improves blood flow. But do not drink too much water while sleeping, otherwise you have to get up to urinate.

*4. Bedtime routine should be relaxingβ¦*
Take a warm bath before going to bed. Do not look at mobile if possible. Read good books, listen to songs, do some simple stretching while sleeping. This will help you reduce stress and induce restful, deep sleep.
