1) Drink water only when thirsty.

2) Shabudana, Peanuts, Vari, Yoghurt should not be fasted by eating all bile-increasing foods… Real fasting means skipping..resting the stomach..

3)Meal timings should be regular..meal by 12 noon and 8 at night.

4) Shat Pavli (Actual 100 steps are expected. Not exercise) should be taken after both meals. This means that food moves forward and aids in digestion.

5) Do not eat pickled, papad, very spicy, oily, salty foods.

6) Don’t eat curd at night.

7) Do 45 minutes walking exercise every day.

8) In the middle of hunger, fruits available in that season, amaranth laddu, sali lahya, dates should be eaten…farsan, biscuits, sheav are all pitta-increasing foods.

9) We should eat the local vegetables and fruits that are grown where we live.. Fruits should be eaten alone, should not be mixed with milk or curd.

10) 2 spoons of ghee should be included in the meal. Ghee does not increase cholesterol.

11) Do not hold the breath, urinate, vomit, sneeze at any time.

12) If women eat pickles on the day of menstruation, there is a possibility of increased bleeding because pickles contain more oil, salt, and pungent, and this increases the bile in the woman’s body, alternatively, the blood also increases.. Therefore, pickles should not be eaten.

13) Milk and fruits should not be eaten together..it is opposite diet..it is not digested.and many diseases are created from it.

14) Never eat until the stomach is full.

15) Stale food, processed food, food containing preservatives should be avoided as much as possible.

16) Individuals are different in nature, so one medicine is not applicable to everyone.
