Noodles is a very favorite and intimate subject of many people. Some people regularly eat these noodles which are filling in just 2 minutes. Even big companies advertise it in an attractive manner and force customers to buy their product. Noodles like Maggi are loved by everyone from children to adults. Cheese, vegetables, butter are added to it to further enhance its taste. So there are many people around us who like Chinese food and these people like to eat Shezhwan noodles or similar noodles with different flavors. But these noodles are either made from flour and contain other harmful ingredients so they are not as beneficial for health. So it is always better to avoid eating noodles.

*1. High sodium…*
Noodles are high in sodium. This may increase the blood pressure. When the blood pressure increases, it affects the heart and other organs and results in poor functioning of the body.



*2. High in preservatives…*
It is often said that natural foods like fruits, vegetables, milk, pulses, grains should be included in the diet. While we are told to avoid packet food i.e. foods containing preservatives as much as possible, we include maximum amount of packet food in our diet. Preservatives are also added to maggi or noodles to make them last longer. They are not good for health and should be avoided if possible.



*3. High in unnecessary fat…*
We get fats from food in 2 ways, good fats and bad fats. Noodles are high in bad fats. Therefore, cholesterol levels are likely to increase. High cholesterol can lead to heart disease.



*4. Metabolic problems…*
Noodles cause problems like high blood sugar, weight gain, high blood pressure. As these problems are dangerous to health, it is always better to avoid foods like noodles in the diet as much as possible.



*5. Nutrient deficiency…*
Noodles do not contain any special elements that are required by the body. It is high in calories, but very low in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Therefore, it is better to avoid the inclusion of these ingredients in the diet as there is no benefit to the body by eating them.
