Avoid heavy meals. Eat light, fresh and digestible food.


Drink a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon in the morning



*Breakfast can include cereals, dal, curd, mung dal thalipeeth or fruit chaat. Avoid eating oily food in breakfast.



* Have chapati, ghee, vegetables, curd, salad in lunch. Foods containing fiber, protein, nutrients, carbohydrates and vitamins should be included in the diet. Garlic chutney should be included. Add cumin, cumin, a pinch of pepper to the butter and drink it in the afternoon.



* Preferably eat early in the night. It makes digestion easy.
Always eat something light and easily digestible for dinner. You can have khichdi, dal and curd in dinner.


*Before using fruits and vegetables, wash them in warm water with salt. Do not eat food that has been kept for more than three hours.
