According to Ayurveda, there are three doshas that play an important role in the formation of gallstones.
Pitta Dosha: The main cause of its excess is the formation of stones in the gall bladder. This increase is due to consumption of highly spicy and hot food, alcohol etc.
Kapha Dosha: It is aggravated by fatty, proteinaceous foods which create excess sticky material in the gallbladder as a whole.
Vata Dosha: Combination of pitta and kapha doshas leads to increased dryness leading to stone formation.

◆Panchakarma therapy◆
Panchakarma treatment is very important in Ayurveda. In one place it is said that due to wrong diet and wrong routine, pitta mainly increases the dosha in our body and due to not doing panchakarma according to season, this disease is increasing day by day. It definitely helps in reducing.
Ayurveda has suggested some remedies and medicines for this, which if used under the guidance of a specialist physician will surely help in dissolving the stones of the patient.

◆Ayurvedic treatment and home remedies◆

Consuming Neem powder and elder cardamom powder together relieves gall pain.
* Boil corn fibers or hair in water and drink its water. This cures gallstones within a few days
* Taking a teaspoon of ginger juice daily is also beneficial
*Soak a handful of Kulith in water and drink that water in the morning
Include Kulitha with its pulses in the diet
*A glass of apple juice mixed with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar can help reduce pain.
**One teaspoon of turmeric taken daily with warm water helps dissolve stones
*100 ml of carrot and cucumber juice mixed and drunk twice a day is beneficial.
*Drinking one medium lemon juice in the morning on an empty stomach for a week is beneficial.
* The chemical elements found in pears help dissolve stones.
*Cow Urine: 30 ml to 40 ml of filtered fresh cow urine can be taken on an empty stomach in the morning as per the instructions of your Ayurveda expert. It regulates bile flow, fights excess cholesterol, cleanses the liver, digests kapha and manages deranged vata.

*Bhringraj: The main action of Bhringraj on the liver is to improve bile flow. It is an excellent thirst quencher, appetite suppressant and promotes digestion and acts as a liver stimulant. It reduces vata.

*Saidhav / Rock Salt: This can be an excellent natural remedy that can help you increase the flow of bile. All you have to do is take one teaspoon of rock salt or Saidhava in a glass of warm water before breakfast on an empty stomach. After taking this drink you should lie on your right side for about 45 minutes. Doing this once or twice a week will show effective results.

*Picrorhiza Kuroa (Kitney) :
It stimulates the liver and regulates the function of bile
* It is beneficial to remove corn or take powder

*Isabgol is a great soluble fiber. Consuming it keeps the amount of fiber in the stomach correct and helps reduce the problem of gallstones.
*Berberis aristata: It is also known as Daruharidra. It helps in blocking the flow of bile and thus relieves the sharp pain caused by the obstruction. With continued use, you can naturally dissolve gallstones.

* Pills called milk thistle are available in the market, due to which they dissolve gallstones
* Soak one teaspoon of powdered dandelion leaves in a cup of water for half an hour, then add honey and drink that water.

* Taking extract of Gulveli is beneficial

* Jaswandi flower powder in one spoonful of honey is the best remedy for this
*Vasaguluchyadi Kashayam, Avipittikar Churna, Drakshadi Kashayam, Varunadi Kashayam, Patolakturohinyadi Kashayam, Trivil Leham, Arogyavardhini, Bhunimbadi Karsha, Rohitkarishta etc. Drug formulation can be done under the guidance of expert physicians. There are still numerous medicines in Ayurveda which are used by expert doctors to cure patients.
Medicines like Tamr Sindoor, Hazrul Yehud Bhasma, Medoharvidangadi Lauh, Faltrikadi Kwath Ashmarihar Rasa, Shvet Parpati, Gokhru Kwath etc. should be used under the advice and guidance of an Ayurvedic physician.
