Honey has been used for centuries. Honey is used for sweetness, medicine. Honey bees make, store mainly for their young. In severe winter when there are no flowers, they use honey. In fact, honey is a product made by bees themselves to use in times of trouble. But many other animals use it cleverly on their own.

It is very interesting to see how honey is made. Our idea is that the honey is in the flower and only the bees do the work of collecting it. The honey which is in the flower has no lasting nature. It contains a lot of water. The form of sugar in it is different. This means that the taste of honey from each flower is not always the same. Bees collect nectar from this flower. From there the bee returns to the hive. Here the worker fly in the hive peeks out to welcome the incoming fly. He takes the honey brought by her in his own mouth. There is a separate small gland in her body to store honey. Don’t you call it a honey belly? Once the honey enters this stomach, it is digested by a stomach. Only one type of sugar is formed from the various sugars in the honey that are digested in a short time. Further work is so minor.

Bring this drop of honey from the bee’s stomach to the tongue and dry it in the air so that the unwanted water gets absorbed in the air. This process takes place quickly due to the inherent heat of the hive. The solid liquor we know now is produced. This honey is then stored in a niche in the hexagonal structure of the hive. Once the niche is filled, it is lightly sealed with thin wax. This wax is secreted by the body of the bee. Therefore, there is no problem of keeping, flowing, drying of this prepared honey. As the niches fill up, the size of the hive increases. A medium-sized hive can easily store 15 to 20 kg of honey in a single spring. If you look at the market price of honey, you will get an idea of the immense hard work done by these bees.

This prepared honey has a specific taste and smell according to the type of flowers in the forest where it is. The honey obtained from Jambhul, Karvi, Moh, Mango has a special taste. Knowledgeable people can easily tell the difference. Bears, monkeys, pandas love honey. They can also attack the hive and eat the honey from it. A fox, on the other hand, only knocks over a hive if it accidentally falls to the ground. In addition to honey, these animals also use a full hive as a filling. Man first drives away or kills the bee, then collects the honey and finally removes the wax from the hive.

Beekeepers only remove the hive periodically and centrifuge the honey. The dried hive is seeded with sugar and the hive is kept in place. Bees need sugar to keep from starving.

Tea with honey tastes good. Honey is best on the honeycomb. Honey is also used as an adjunct to take medicine, i.e. to make the effect of medicine pill better. Doctors always recommend the use of honey to give Ayurvedic medicines.

There is also a belief that if one does not have diabetes, one spoon of honey and one spoon of butter is taken every morning to maintain good health. Considering both nutrients, there must be truth in that.
