Due to the lack of blood in the body, many people feel weak, short of breath, tired even after doing a little work. For this, it is necessary to increase the blood in the body



*For that the following measures should be planned-*

◼️Include broken grains in your daily diet.



◼️Drink a glass of apple juice every day. Adding apple, beet juice and honey to taste helps in increasing the blood quickly.


◼️ Eat beets regularly. Preferably raw bit koshambir should be eaten.


◼️Eat peanuts and jaggery after dinner.



◼️ Reduce tea and coffee consumption.



◼️Soak two teaspoons of sesame seeds in water for two hours. Then filter the water and make a paste of sesame seeds. Mix it with honey and eat this mixture twice a day. It helps to remove blood deficiency.



◼️Also take bath with cold water twice a day. And sit in the sun for a while in the morning.

◼️One time a day, take equal amount of grass tea, cinnamon and fennel and drink it.


◼️Beetroot and garlic should be consumed regularly, it increases blood volume.


◼️ Tomatoes are rich in ‘Vitamin C’ which helps to increase blood.


◼️Eat dates and black currants after soaking them overnight and eat them in the morning on an empty stomach.


◼️Use an iron pan to cook vegetables.


◼️Drink the water kept overnight in a copper vessel in the morning.
